Mike is an attorney with Drumm Law and our founder. He is continually recognized as a Franchise Times magazine ‘Legal Eagle’, is designated a ‘Certified Franchise Executive’ by the International Franchise Association and has received commendation from Super Lawyers. Mike attended law school at the University of Texas School of Law and the University College London. Mike obtained a BSBA in Business Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising and serves on the Technology Committee. He is admitted to the state bars of Texas and Colorado.
